Product Manager

Torrefaction Equipment and Process

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing of our High Temperature Torrefaction lines and processes (the product). This includes managing the Product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with R&D, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales & marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job moreover includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals. He reports to the Head of R&D.

Project Manager  

Installation and Commissioning of Torrefaction Equipment and Process

The successful applicant for the position of Project Manager works regularly at the customers sites around the world for prolonged periods of time to supervise the teams that install and commission our (torrefaction) equipment. This is a career position for a midcareer experienced professional with the potential to become the leader of its team. Typical project budget >5 MEuro. He/she reports to the Head of R&D of CEG

Researcher New Processes and Process Improvement

Biomass treatment for the generation of heat, energy and feedstock for chemical industry.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the identification and development with our R&D partners of new technologies that fit within the scope of the company and its technology roadmap. In addition he/she will use the insights and understanding of the new developments in research and marketplace as well as available scientific and patent literature to improve our existing processes and associated equipment design. He reports to the Director of Equipment and Process development.
